When I was asked to share the story of my coffee trailer, I couldn’t help but feel incredibly proud and excited about what I’d achieved. Once I had invested in a trailer, I could start customizing it. I chose colors and customized design in order to make it unique and to ensure it would be easily recognizable. There was a lot of paperwork too, but the hardest and also the most rewarding part were the recipes. Nowadays, I can’t imagine a more fulfilling job than operating a coffee trailer. Making delicious treats and seeing how people smile and get energized when they taste my creations is the best reward.
